I work in hospitality in Lancaster and I've been buying and selling secondhand commercial kitchen equipment on the side for a few years now. Mostly stuff from restaurant closures, pub clearances, that sort of thing. Some of it I keep, some of it I fix up and sell on.
I started this because I kept getting asked the same questions by people looking to kit out a kitchen on the cheap, and I figured I might as well write it down somewhere instead of repeating myself. So that's what this is. Nothing fancy, just what I know.
