I work in hospitality in Lancaster and I buy and sell secondhand commercial kitchen kit on the side. This is where I write about what I've picked up along the way — what's worth having, what's not, and where to find the decent stuff without paying through the nose for it.

These are one of my favourite things to buy broken and sell working because the margins are good and most of the common faults are pretty straightforward to fix.
I've been to a fair few of these now and the first time is always a bit overwhelming. Don't let that put you off though, because there's still plenty to be had.
